You can do that right now. It's called parking lights, the setting right after the auto setting

No what I was thinking is if this module will also be able to turn on the tails. I already run the running lights but would rather not have to flip the switch so I don't forget to turn it off. I know it beeps when you turn the car off and the lights are still on but sometimes the brain just goes south ya know...
