How? You see the merges right? You also have the weird flow through the cat. I mean, there is only so many ways to make the same item.

All, the header in question is made by KLS and is supposed to be a copy of HKS ones and stock ones. They are good - ish however the flexes are shit and will rattle. if you are willing to weld different flexes and get a better collector you could end up with a good header. I am also planning to extend the runners on mine.

well I bought them, then he refunded me saying out of stock. So i waited 1 month and he was in contact with me, and he actually messaged me when he had them again. We exchanged some questions and messages, finally when it came time to purchase them he ignored all my emails and ebay messages for the price we agreed on. So it never happened lol.

How so?
This is the one in the OP: http://www.ebay.com/itm/261304150033...witem=&vxp=mtr

And this is the one I posted: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Subaru-BRZ-T...item3cd85ef11c

I guess you could argue that the obviously identical pictures could be, in fact, different. Or that re-ordering the bullet points in the description counts as being "totally different". In that case, my bad.

EDIT: I see what happened... You were probably thinking of the latest one in the thread. I should have been more explicit in my post. My bad.

You cant see the resemblance?? While its not identical it is pretty damn close with pretty close lengths on the runners. The merges are close with the same 4-2-1 design and the same runners merging at the same place.

FYI if you look at headers from other vendors you will see there are actually quite a few different ways to make the same item.

I personally would not pay for this item as its too close to the stock header and if I wanted no cat I would do what another poster here did and remove the stock cat from the stock header for far less money.

I was actually being a little sarcastic. But I was focusing on the merges. The stock looks like it's just an open dump as apposed to a flow together (for lack of better words). There is WAY more to header design than just that though.

I got this one yesterday from a manufacturer called "God Snow" or "Gods Now" I honestly don't like the look of it, but I'll give it a shot.

I'm gonna clean this up a bit.

I wanted to note a few measurements:
38mm Exhaust port (head)

Factory Exhaust Manifold
39mm exhaust inlet port (Manifold)
51mm end of the cat

GodSnow (Ebay) Header measurements
Exhaust Inlet port 39.5mm
Header exit to over pipe 58mm

Weight:
Factory 20.4lbs
Godsnow(Ebay) 10.2lbs
I ended up having to bore out the bolt holes because the header wasn't quite fitting.

After mounting it seems that its a bit close to the oil pan which is worrying:

Otherwise it fit well:

The Orange is before the header with a light tune and the green is after the header install with a small change to the tune. 06/04/2014

Did another pull today after a little more tuning. 06/05/2014

So from stock it added 9 HP from 6200RPM -> 7400RPM, and I gained about 10tq in the dip and its got a nice straight line from 3400rpm -> 4400rpm. Not too bad. Overall though I don't think the power is worth the super deep bass note produced after installation.

*Note that I have a Perrin resonated cat back so not all experiences will be similar*
*Dyno pulls were on the same open stretch of highway*
Well I'm done. I hope someone finds this useful; I'm putting the header up for sale.

I've been eyeing this one for about a week now. The finish looks sick and it looks really well made. Any of you guys in Canada familiar with Exoticspeed?

Looks like it keeps getting relisted at vastly different prices. No returns either and you pay a shit ton for shipping. Hell no

Has anybody tried the manzo header?
