Beautiful car, jealous of that mod list. The photographs are very well done too.

I'm up in North Phoenix... which is entirely non-descriptive considering it's a 45 minute drive to cross the city of Phoenix north to south, haha.

How do you like the Whiteline sways / endlinks?

How do you like the r1r on 235 instead of 245 on a 9"?

They are cool. I didn't mess with it since I got the car and I haven't driven a frs/BRZ with other setup yet. That will change soon since my buddy is building his right now.

I only drove the 245 on street so far so I haven't had any experience on the RS3 on this car. The Toyo are just leftover from the BMW and have to use it up for the new season. The toyo requires more precision driving, hard to dig out more from them at limit. It's not as forgiving like the RS3, if that's what you are asking...

Thanks, Actually I was more wondering if you chose a slightly stretched 235 on a 9" because of sidewall or some sort of dynamic of the R1R that 235 on a 9" performs better, of course in your experience.

FYI, most people picked the 235 because its one of toyos special compound tires....that should be disappearing with the release of the 200 tw batch.

Supposedly, the stretched effect on the R1R provide better response from the tire with the sidewall stretched rather than pitched. And, the "special" compound...

Toyo is coming out with a new TW for the Toyo's so will see if it's anywhere close to these old ones.

Installed the FXT OEM oil cooler in last night and did the first oil change since purchase.

Install was quite messy, made it a lot easier doing it on my buddy's lift. I couldn't imagine doing that on my back... that'd be a lot more F bombs flying.

Took some pics tonight after I washed the car, wiped down the engine bay through the long weekend, too.
