He said it'd be about $70 to do, so I'm gonna go up there around 1 so they can plus they can do my alignment as well. Still seems a bit much, but better than the other place haha.

I may have, but at the same time. It cost $225 to install them and the same shop that installed them quoted $150 to adjust the height. It seemed high to me.

What part of Alabama? What views r u looking for? I mean if you want to drag ppl at red lights this isn't the car. But if you want a great driving car, I love mine. I wouldn't mind doing a shoot when it gets warmer. I don't know what rules she has in place but there are a few of us on Birmingham 86ed. You can find me by searching truett.truett@gmail.com if you have specific questions. But I can only give you my opinion, and there are a lot of different ones out there.

Welcome!

I hopped from a SAAB to a BRZ almost exactly a year ago. Losing the turbo was an adjustment, but I'm quite pleased with my decision. This car is an absolute blast to drive.

What SAAB do you currently drive?

Yeah I'm in Birmingham. I've heard good things about them and just wanted to get more feedback. I know a few different places around Birmingham for shoots and I'll probably be traveling around Alabama, Tennessee and Georgia when it gets warmer for meets so I think we could work something out.

Thank you!

I am curently driving a 05 93 Converible. Have you done any modifications to your BRZ? I know when I look into I would like some more power from a turbo or supercharger. Your suggestion?

No performance mods on mine - well, a K&N panel filter if you want to count that. My 9-3 (2001) had turned into quite the project car towards its end and I'm trying to avoid that with this one. I'll probably end up with some manner of exhaust at some point but don't plan on pushing it too much beyond that for the time being.

I do know that @joshb86 drives a pretty bonkers built FR-S with a Vortech supercharger. That thing is nuts! The good news is that this car has a nearly infinite aftermarket, particularly coming from SAABs. There are tons of options out there for whatever path you wish to take, and lots of forum members who have tried them all to provide input.

Hey y'all my names Avery, I've got a 14. Black with a few interior mods- mostly stock otherwise. Looking to do a lot in the next year. Go to UA as out of state so the car has taken a back seat for now. Originally from Ohio and in a few groups up there but looking to get into some shenanigans down south!

From what I've read, no personal experience, if you're going to do it turbo is the way to go. Just what I've read seems that a lot of ppl are selling superchargers to go turbo. But there's plenty of material and opinions out there to read. Good luck with it
