I'd say it's likely. We know for certain the D-Leader had BRZ's for Canada, and the earliest delivery dates I've seen we're 5/18 in Portland another stop for the D-Leader.

It means there is a vehicle on the port that has been positively allocated to you. So, yeah, I'd say you are on point.

Okay, I've done some digging and I've found four NYK vessels heading to Houston over the next month.

May 05 -- Artemis Leader
May 10 -- Apollon Leader
May 25 -- Guardian Leader
June 03 -- Gentle Leader

When I get the time I'll look into them and see where they've been.

Gentle Leader left Yokohama bay area April 17 but heading down to Mexico with an ETA of May 6

Also Yokohama to Houston minimum time frame is 19 days according to NYK
