Guys, concerning volume and noise, how do you think I will fare with only a Greddy SP elite AB and this header?

that's what scares me, lots of comments on how loud this thing is even with a catted front pipe and resonated cat back.

if you want quiet with catless header, then make sure your catback is quiet ie stock, invidia q300 or hks legamax or some other rearly quiet catback. if you have an invida n1 with catless headers and catless front pipe earplugs will be manatory. :-) |

It's not the header that is making things loud. It's the cat-back and front pipe (main cat, or lack thereof) that contributes to the obnoxiousness. If you are staying NA or mildly boosted, a 3" exhaust is overkill an will be unnecessarily loud. And try to stick with the stock front pipe as the front cat is responsible sound suppression as well.
