If its that serious then go sue them, that is if its worth it though.

Did you see if your Insurance will cover the damage at least?

$1,168 for full repair... BUT they "MIGHT" be able to roll it out (cuz paint isn't broken) for $300 + tax. I'm debating to sue em or not right now.

That's what auto shop told me too. Check w Insurance to see if they can sue em instead of me going to civil court. I gotta be paying deductible of $500.

If I went w full repair, I'll be telling my Insurance to sue the F' out of those Aholes! If I went w roll it out option, I feel like I lost to those dbags...

All advices are helpful. Sue em or leave em...

I know the feeling bro, something very similar happened to me.

I say sue them, money shouldn't be coming out of YOUR pocket for something someone else did entirely.

Well I'd go through the Insurance company first, but if the cost is worth it to you and you do decide to go through civil court, that might end up costing you more (but gain satisfaction). Unless you want to represent yourself in court which saves you money, but you need to have a firm understanding to know what you are going to do. Its also good to know the exact person who caused the damage in the first place and I'm not sure what the laws are over where you're at, but if your lucky you might find something that could help you in your case.
So if it was me I'd go with the insurance company and see where that goes. Then take what I can get and let it be.
Personally I'll get even with anyone or company if I was in you situation. And don't forget about Karma.

I gonna go to autoshop to see if they "Master" can roll it out without breaking the paint, so I'll think about it more tomorrow.

I say have the insurance company sue them, then sue them again for the $500 deductible. Or maybe send them a letter with a lawyer saying you will press charges and sue for damages and suffering and time lost to be in court and repair shops ( my buddy got duped in a faulty turbo and it blew his motor.) We had a friend who is a lawyer, send them a letter telling what was going to happen if it came to Court. We won.
