The perrin catback does a great job of keeping it very very mature when normal driving but when you step on it sounds amazing.
Starts off with rumble then builds into a smoother note

Nordstrom Rack is awesome. lol

Also, I've noticed (since I started working at a German company) that Europeaners are all about the brown shoes with black pants/suits. Not sure how I feel about it yet. lol

Really is, I was between these and black shoes but decided on the brown. Brown shoes with brown belt help out the black pant/suit situation

I had already decided to get the JDL UEL but this has got me interested. Looks like I'll have to postpone my purchase and see how this header performs. Love the quality of tomei stuff.

Are you running a tune or is there any change you notice in the torque dip or dealing with a CEL as these seem to be the biggest issues most care about myself included...

I'm curious about that slip joint. Are they supposed to allow some degree of flex or expansion? If so, I don't see how being bolted together would help?

Edit: Nvm...on closer look the two runners appear to be welded together at the slip joint. That small brace may be just a reinforcement.

Was watching the FT86SF header, but this might be a good choice as well. I will have to keep an eye (and an ear) on this.

I've got an OFT running the stage 2 UEL tune v2.0.. Mind you this does not inherently clear a CEL, so when it does pop up you take your tablet and clear the code.

I have not done this yet, but also have not gotten a CEL. Though I'm fairly sure one might come

From my research on headers,
All headers WILL eventually cause a cel of some sorts. Even the ft86sf catted has documented cases with cel. You can try to get spacers Etc but no point.

Re: torque dip..
What torque dip??

I essentially forgot that the car felt sluggish the minute i started driving it.
On an incline in a high gear at low rpms you might feel a bit sluggish (6th going up mountain going from 50mph aka grandpa driving)

Just the usual, photos before installation then impressions and videos after the install.

I thought all of Shiv's OTS tunes has the code turned off so it doesn't throw a CEL when running catless....no?

So as far as I know, the code isn't turned "off" from the bat but he gives you all the proper channels / advice to be able to do it on the tablet in prob less than 20 minutes total.

BUT: the OTS tunes are specially created to gain from the headers / the lack of cat etc.

Any plans to get a dyno run anytime soon? I'd love to see the torque curve now.

I'll answer your quotes with more quotes.

So the code should be disabled unless you're on one of the non-USDM ROMs that it isn't, according to Shiv.
