IMO the quality is pretty shitty, the build quality of this car is on par with shitty imprezas and carolas. Personally I think cheaper Honda's have WAY better quality than the twins therefore they are shitty.

Also who ever said I was hating on the car? Older Ferrari's are HUGE HUGE HUGE piles of shit, you can hardly drive them a block! BUT many of them are super cool. Italian's make the biggest piles of shit out there! Ask anyone with a Fiat!

Nice and cool are not the same thing.

36k bought my FRS just over 2 years ago. Still in love with her. Drive it everyday in Indiana weather.
I know some folks commented on build quality. I have own many Hondas and Toyotas; Civic, Accord, Tundra(gen1), RAV4. The FRS seems on par with build quality, just lacks sound insulation. Who cares if it's loud I'm giggling with glee every time I drive her.

Bought my FRS on 02/11/2014 with 22 miles on it.

As of today it has 4,500 miles.

I thought I was putting a lot of miles on her but that's roughly 11,000 miles a year. Pretty average.

This is the one thing that makes no sense to me. On the base FR-S you're not getting a whole lot of modern stuff for your money. You end up paying a LOT for the fact that it's cool and popular. I can think of similarly priced cars that have HIDs (even the Premium BRZ has HIDs and Nav), push to start, etc. Going through Heuberger to get the BRZ really does seem to be the most bang for your buck. Unless you live somewhere that can get the Monogram for 27kish auto 26kish manual.
