A couple coats of sealer on top and couple more of finish/wax. Wanted a checker garage floor since I was a kid and with the urging of my wife I decided to go through with it. Glad I did if you ever need any tips let me know
A full DIY!!! ,... ha. what specific tile did you use? Lowes has some from Armstrong that I was looking at for ~50 cents a square foot

Oh man not good at writing DIY's but this helped me a lot or at least gave me the idea of how to start it.

[ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bYqJxW7I4hk"]Installing Vinyl Floor Tile On Cement Garage Floor / Basement Floor - YouTube[/ame]

The prep is the key clean concrete and I would recommend adding some vinyl tile adhesive if you're using peel and stick (like I did) for the tiles near the garage entrance. I noticed this weekend when I had the door open half the day some of them started to lift due to the heat from the sun. I plan on tacking those down with some added adhesive to keep them in place. hope it works...

Don't have mine mounted yet but I could tell you I personally wouldn't give sh*t f'em. People that would make fun of them for being replicas sounds a little childish to me. Look at like money in bank saved from buying ridiculous expensive rims.

I'm not bashing anyone that has them its your money to blow do what you want keep that economy going but to me unless you're going all out on the ENTIRE car I don't get the point $2k+ on just rims not including tires. All for a 25k car.... SMH maybe if it were a Porsche or something high end but its a Toyota... Just my 2 cents

What's more important, saving money or having pride (is that the right word?) for owning a particular brand? Considering equal quality it's a no brainer (I hope lol).

Some people are more concerned with bragging rights and their e-peen instead of the actual end result of buying something.

that's the problem: i'd rather be safe than sorry...

other parts, MAYBE, but i really don't want to be cheap about wheels/tires/suspension...

but then again, if you can't do it right, why do it at all?

there is nothing wrong with stock...

I have seen more people at autocross on rims costing less than a grand than people with Volks Or Rays. I have seen more Rotas being raced on than Volks. I think replicas work just fine for most people. Granted I live in a more middle class area of the US, but still. Would I get Volks if I could, yes. But 4k for wheels is ridiculous. That is 1/6th the price of the car.

Rotas and XXRs are more than enough rim for most people. If you are worried about quality just get some Enkeis, while they don't come in the perfect sizes for this car, they are a well respected company.

Also, race cars love 'em!!!

Youre really going to enjoy the super sports, I have the same setup. I put hub rings on mine, just be careful when you bolt on the lug nuts.
