I believe that scion with have an more open stock of fr-s on the lot than subie will have the br-z. Seems like if there going to be a turbo version(most likely sti) it will be a late 2013 or early 2014 model, pretty much if ur gonna own a br-z when it first comes out keep it stock or close to sell it privately and go order the sti version. Which will probbly have around 260 hp and 200, conservative of course.
Subaru= Sti Turbo Scion= Trd Supercharger |

Subaru has been saying 25K for a while now. Not sure why it's news now.

For me it's just a big relief after yesterday's speculation that the BRZ Premium might be almost 27k since the FR-S is so expensive. Now that Subaru has put it back into the 25k range, I'm a cool cat again. :happy0180:

I wouldn't get your hopes up guys. Where is the source? All it says is "Subaru says", which for all we know could be referring to vague statements from last year. This is probably just a quick article meant to capitalize on the FR-S news. If Subaru did make an official comment about the price or the turbo, it would be in more places then just "USA Today".

'About' $25k, like the Scion was going to be 'low $20s'? $24.2k is closer to 20k than 30k after all...

Scion was suppose to price the car at 23k but who knows maybe because of cost it went up or maybe they found out they can get more money. maybe they were waiting on pre-orders to see how they should price either break even or make profit in this case they seem to pick the later |
