canadian parts

if you dont have the usb/aux ports in your brz then you dont have a canadian brz. it most likely is a import from usa. you can check the vin # usa country code is 1, canada is 2.

A code's specific meaning may be different on a yearly basis but the position remains the same.

Rant of the day

Instead of wasting 2 billion dollars on a transit way that no one is going to use, why not cancel that and spend some cash on the roads. I used to race motocross and it was smoother than my drive to work. At this rate I'll need to start wearing depends at 50. Fuuuuuck!!!!!

BTW. Today was property tax day so not impressed.
On the bright side 15 minutes into spring.

Yeah, was fun. I really enjoyed driving that car!
I think I was about 5-6 secs clear of Greg when he started stumbling for fuel on lap 20, but I was so mad at myself earlier when I realized I had to pit again (2 laps in a row, lap 15 and 16).

Here's a vid of Greg and I on I think lap 17 of 20, epic racing.

Btw, let me know any suggestions for track or car for enduro next week.

Nah had to retard the delivery due to winter tires laws and the fact that I didn't want to pay for the whole month...

Yeah, at first I was like "Meh, another FR car" but it's a great little car. I ran a few laps at Deep Forest with it and compared to BH last week, it should be a much more consistent session. The car rotates really well, doubt anyone will loop it (just keep your foot down and power out) and the wider Deep Forest track, no one will be going off and getting stuck other than hitting the guardrail and losing a few seconds.

Only tricky part is tire wear. So I'll set it at 2 Pitstops minimum, including a Tire type change so you can't run the same compound for the whole race. It'll be a 22 lap race, and the tires only last 5 laps before dropping off (around "5" or 50%), so either you'll be doing 3-4 pitstops or trying to maintain your tires if you do only 2 stops.

Car:
Honda Civic Type-R Touring Car '97
PP is 455 and 462 after oil change
keep everything stock
can paint the car and wheels and add your own number
Buy Race Medium Tires (comes with Race Hard)

Enduro Track:
Deep Forest Reverse
· 22 laps
· Car: Honda Civic Type R Touring Car '97
· Boost - off
· Tire/Fuel Wear - Very fast
· Slipstream - weak
· Penalty - weak
· Require Tire Type Change
· Max PP - 462
· Tuning - prohibited
· Max Tire - Race Medium (so Race Hards and Race Mediums during enduro)

Car from GT6:
