for all the college kids and recent grads, don't forget that there are the Scion and Subaru College Graduate programs!

Scion College Grad Program offers $1,000 rebate, while
Subaru College Grad Program offers $500 or cheaper financing (2.9 or 3.6 depending on duration)

nowhere were there ANY rumors of the car being 22k kid. It was always 23-24k. Stop getting your shorts in a knot. You probably haven't even driven any of the competitors cars, have you?

lol Canibuz...

Lawrence wants the fully loaded brz equivalent in a scion for $22k.

James seems to think that since he has driven cars costing a lot more, that this car better blow him away, or he isnt paying $24k... and lumps the tC in with those cars lmao.

Actually if you go back a few years this car was originally going to be under $20k. Then low 20's. As time has gone on, the price has inched up. Now we are here.

Haha, ok, point taken. But for 95% of us that have only been around 3 months, all the rumors have been >23k.

What the hell are you talking about "always 23-24k". Everyone on the Forum had their own price predictions. And you're right, I haven't driven it's competition. I just wanted the car to be atleast be below 22k, so it will have a lower used price in the coming years.

What I find funniest is the thousands of dollars spent on focus groups and study groups to try and find the perfect price. Hell Jack Hollis should have created a account here and put a poll up and said pick one and the one with the most votes is the price.

Most of that was all hopes and dreams. Or made by people who have only known bout the car for 3 months and their "contact that works deep in scion or subaru" told them that.
