So jealous of that price... Where I'm from we'll be paying around $15k more for the low spec model.

Why is everybody freaking out about the price I always assumed that the scion would be right around $25k, gt-86 is not going for cheap (low 20's) anywhere! This is an honest to goodness purpose built sports ...it will never be a high volume car. It is a halo product!

The whining here is really getting to me...

Anyway...I'm anxiously awaiting BRZ pricing and hoping that the MSRP on the manual limited is under $30k (I am guessing high 28/low 29).

I don't know why people from other countries bitch and moan about us bitching and moaning? Different countries. Different situations. Maybe I should moan that you get your healthcare payed by your government?

I think that the premium manual will be in 26-27 range. Think of it this way, they are just three trim levels of the same car...but one trim is offered under a different brand. I am guessing about $2000 between each tier and under $1000 for the auto.

Auto will be a $1,100 extra option.

yea, the pricing has settled in me...

i'm still considering the brz ltd [auto.] @ ~$29k/otd compared to the fr-s' [auto.] ~$26/otd after everything is said and done...

i will most likely drive this thing to the ground and keep it for as long as possible, so i feel i can really justify the $3000 difference for the better equipped model...

and i also want to stay a suby_fanboi, since my first 2 cars were wrx/sti; this will be my third [too bad it doesn't come in aspen white]...
