The car hit and astonishing 187 mph on GT6 and apparently it is turbocharged on the game. Any thoughts? (I played the game when the first ft86 concept was given as a dlc in the game an it was NA, then they gave us a second car which was the ft86 G Sports concept which was turbocharged, and afterwards they debuted the cars in real life, with the exact specs on the game).

Yup. I love the FR-S/BR-Z styling. I only care for the low-slung sleek shaped sports cars period...lol. The Challenger/Camaro/Mustang have more of a squared shape I can't ever like.

I noticed the GT-R roofline has inspired a lot of designs recently.

Nissan were inspired by the FT-HS roofline in the first place!

I'm sorry, BMW can't build reliable/durable engines as Toyota, especially turbo engines. |

Plenty of M52s/M54s well over 200K miles and still going strong. And plenty of N52s/N54s well above 100K miles and the latter running overstock boost. Yes, they didn't have many stock turbo applications until recently (so the N54s couldnt rack up as much miles as a 2jz from the early 90s), but as far as Im seeing BMW's 90's engines are lasting as long as the 2jz's (both the ge and the gte) without needing a rebuild/needing internal engine work. BMW's reliability issues usually come not from the engines themselves, but rather the plastics and electronics surrounding the engine. Last edited by vobla6.0; 01-14-2014 at 11:22 PM. |

I think this MAY be based on the LF-LC platform..based on the side on picture it looks like the engine is located behind the front wheels..

Remember the GT6 car is the Concept and according to autonews.com: http://www.autonews.com/article/2014...ts-car-concept# "With that in mind, if the FT-1 were to become a production car, viewers should think smaller. To be perceived as a serious sports car on the show floor, the FT-1 had to have stage presence. That meant the concept would be 10 percent larger than what a real-world vehicle would be, Hunter said.

Love the concept, I just can (like all concepts) hope it doesn't loose too much in production.
