23 going on 24. Probably won't purchase one until I turn 25 since quantities are limited; furthermore, I don't like paying markup/MSRP. Also hoping(highly unlikely) they'll come out with a yellow or green color

this whole "limited quantities" thing is kinda baffling to me...we'll know soon enough...

True but if you live where I live then a person can understand that a hot car like this will be hard to come by not mention it'll be marked up and people wil actual pay that and then some just so they can say i have it first.

In the past couple months there have been back and forth rumors of only 500 made every year to it being more common than the honda civic in its heyday; I'm not terribly impressed or worried about any of it. I'm sure there will be plenty of these to go around if you give it 4-6 months, especially at the prices people are throwing around nowadays.
I still think it's going to be lower than everybody else is saying, subaru and toyota collaborated on this so they could make it affordable and it wouldn't have nearly as many tuning companies jumping on it if it wasn't going to be a cheap base and sell enough to be popular, it's not worth their investment into the development; but that's a whole different topic.

have you completed school already? shouldn't you be doing your residency by now? My cousin fell off the face of the earth as soon as he started his residency. Im surprised I even see you at all on the forums being a med student.

Unless your trying to get into clinical practice.

I couldn't pull the trigger on med school, I wanted to go into Neuro. So i was an EMT for a bit trying to get my foot in the door...and end up saying no to 7 additional stressful years of hard schooling. So in the end i ended up getting my bachelors in clinical psychology, and i would still be in school for my PsyD if i didn't just get a daughter.

A PsyD or a MA in some kind of applied psychology would be cool, I'm thinking I'm gonna drag it out in the real world for a while before I decide on any graduate schooling.

Yeah... enjoy that. I was led to believe it's not worth becoming a doctor what with the rising malpractice insurance and whatnot. Not that I want to help people medically anyway.

Cool on some level - maybe. Make a decent living out of it these days - doubt it, not with the psychology becoming more and more a prescription-fest.

Going into medicine for just financial reasons is wrong on many levels.

3rd year of med-school. I am on my clinical rotations and most days have a bit of down time. Just depends on the month and what service I am on. January I wasn't on here much cause I was doing trauma surgery. 15 months from now I will be graduated and entering residency.

I am actually going to go into neuro. Imagine that. Cool to here you like psychology. Thare is a cool field within that called neuropsych that is a fellowship after the doctorate program. Cool stuff.

Not worth it is dependent on who you ask. Sure you can make more going to a fancy law school or business school. But I wouldn't trade my career for anything. Being able to help sick people when they are desperate for help, even if you can't heal them is a huge privilege. There is something about helping people that I can't explain. Never went into the field to get rich (have lots of student related debt) but I will be able to earn a fair wage while do something I love and make a difference. If you are thinking about it I would check it out.
