"How early?"
"I'm sorry, we don't know that"
"Okay, can you tell me the price?"
"The price has not been announced."
"What options for the car will I have?"
"I don't know the options either."

It could be worse, imagine the cost of a BRZ and a ring vs the (rumored) lower cost of the FR-S and a ring.

At least for the couple of months you'll have a really dope car to drive up and down PC1! Imagine all the times you can take that drive up to San Simeon and go see Hearst Castle and how spectacular it will be in the FR-S.

I'd so take the car vs an actual ring. The FR-S would get more use...and mean more to me...lol. I've already tried to set up this type of scenario with my current BF....he seemed to like the idea! I don't think my family would understand this though...

I wish they told you which spot on the wait list you were. I also wonder if this list will transition into a "true" wait list once the car is officially on sale.

Bro, go in there and make a big deal about it. Tell em Jack Hollis himself said that winners would be treated like kings and not only would get an FRS for free, but would also have access to any Scion/Toyota/Lexus car in the time before you take delivery.

Then drive away in an LFA and go to Mexico, never to be seen again!
