Sorry I couldn't make it on tonight. Was exhausted, just came home and face planted.
Interesting that you mimicked some of the style turns we drive on a custom course. I didn't realize you could get that specific/detailed with the course creator function, looking forward to checking it out.

That was a pretty awesome course, PMok. I didn't realize you could even get close to something resembling east bay roads. I was so bummed when I got booted from the Laguna Seca race and then had to bail for dinner right after. I think I heard you say that I stalled at the start? Haha. I was just staring at a blank screen.
Also, what's up with my car in the pictures above? Is that really how it looks? Was full damage on and I didn't realize it when I was running into things?

I had damage set to light which means mechanical damage goes away after a while, but cosmetic appearance is affected by crashes regardless of the setting I think. So you gotta drive clean if you wanna look pretty for the pictures. You should have seen B's car after his first lap on the course, it was so wrecked I couldn't take any usable pics of it LOL.

The 2 Laguna races we had were nice and close, too bad I choked and couldn't recover lol. Definitely gonna try to get a head set now, chatting with the controller was a nightmare, lol |

yeah if you don't have a head set, at least find a spare USB keyboard and plug it in... it lets you type much faster than the controller would.

so I've downloaded the new GT Academy 2013 /GT6 demo ... lots of familiar territory. First impression was, wow they really demonstrate the amount of body roll on the Leaf. Maybe GT5 did so too but I didn't spend much time driving the Leaf in that game.
Graphics and interface are not changed much, over GT5 so I am a little disappointed. Fun to be able to try a new track (Silverstone) right off the bat though. Perhaps true to the real deal but it feels very flat and there's not much scenery so it's not really a great demonstration of the graphic abilities of the PS3/GT6.
