It's becoming pretty obvious that this site is run by Toyota/Subaru. It seems like every "leak" that we get is posted by a new member that has less than 10 posts to their name and then they disappear soon after. Couple that with the ninja moderating and Hachi's seemingly unlimited access at the vehicle releases, and it shows the Toyota/Subaru marketing machine is doing a fine job.

You could be correct.

Very nice. It would be really nice if all the other members of other forums concerning the FR-S, GT86, 86 and BRZ would meet here so as all the aftermarket. Like this we could find every sold TOYOBARU on this forum. Can't wait for car meet. In three years time, if all goes well, this car will be epic. Imagine all car enthusiasts had on of these. Imagine the motorpsorts involvment. This car could outdoo the MX-5.

Yup, pretty strange to have no ads on a free forum. Also pretty strange to have a fan site with an admin that has only ~400 posts over a 2 year period. Doesn't really add up in my book.

I PM'ed/emailed the site admin asking who owns/operates this place. I'll post what I find out.

Not that it matters. But I don't like secrecy on general principle.

I don't care, but Hachi is an awesome admin. Even if he is Tetsuya Tada or Akio Toyoda lol.

Why cant they release pricing yet!!! The subi is looking better and better to me. The interior of the FR-S is just a little to plain from the shots that I have seen so far.

I hope this site is run by their marketing team. It would mean that they are actually listening and caring about the future owners of their cars.

I worked for Smart Car marketing and one of the largest aspects of my job was going over forums and seeing what the public wanted. Unfortunately most of them did not want a Smart Car lol.

this is all fine and good as long as there isn't micro managing going on.. like killing those two funny ass post "SCOOP: Toyota changes mind" and "The real FRS story".

my brother said that the m4 forum, because it's vendor moderated, wont let posts like "i had this problem with my brand new receiver".. i hope that they don't kill everything they don't like..

i do love the insider "leaks" though.. now just make sure when the time comes that you give use the inside info on when i can order one in the US.. and maybe a promo code?

BTW this site DOES have ads. When you log on to the main splash screen, or homepage, their are ads there. So our conspiracy slowly dies lol
