So far my best encounter was with an Audi r8. I was leaving work and the owner of the r8 came over to ask questions about it because he liked my BRZ. But at least 2 times a day i get people giving me the thumbs up on the highway or taking photos

got followed by an early 90's 3 series yesterday, very clean looking...but the guy in the passenger seat was hanging out the moonroof taking pictures of my car

Had a guy staring at a red light today. Then a guy followed me into the beer store and said "sir that is one beautiful car. What is it?"

I do love this car and yes it is beautiful.

I was waking up my car with a spirited 30mph run driving past a gentlemen's club and came to a quick stop at the stop sign, and an old guy in a bmw 7 series driving through the intersection stops in the middle of the intersection and looks at my car.

I had the cops pull me over twice within 10 minutes because my car looked suspicious. So much for the recent attention...

Does it count when someone compliments your car while at the same time warning you that it might get stolen if you park it on the street anymore? Haha

Had this encounter when I was leaving for work yesterday. When I started it up to leave, some guy walked up to my window, and proceeded to compliment the car, ask how much it costs, welcome me to the neighborhood, and also tell me I shouldn't park there cause he's seen 2 cars get stolen in the last 30 years (which IMO isn't a bad track record).

Was stopped by one pickup truck as I was leaving a shoprite, he asked what it was since he used to drive subarus all his life before becoming a landscaper and he had NO idea what it was. Another pickup at a red light asked if it was new and said nice car. A Maserati GranTurismo with straight pipes gave me a thumbs up. A grandma in her daughters A7 nearly broke her back turning around in the passenger seat to see the car on the highway. Another Maserati Grancabrio gave me a thumbs up.

And yesterday I was showing my buddy (blue rx8) some fun roads to drive around town when a black accord coupe almost broke his neck and tried to keep up down the mountain, he couldn't lol.

had a guy at the gas station asking me how fast it was. the told me he wanted a "ummmmm impre...za??? w...r...x????" right after I had told him my father drives an '07 wrx, and that he really liked how it rode, etc. I just smiled and nodded when he told me how much he likes my AWD

Every time I go to a public place I get someone asking me something about this car. Its actually kind of ridiculous lol.

Its a compliment but at the same time I want to scream at the top of my lungs. Can't tell you how many times I get "Wow nice car man..............what is it?"

Thats followed up by "Is it fast?"

"It's all wheel drive right?"

Ive had the car for about two weeks and ive had like 8 people saw somthing about it. The best one was today I pulled into a spot in front of a smashburger and there was a group of people eating so as I pull into the spot I see them start looking then I look in my rear view mirror I see one of the girls mouth "what is that?" Lol it made my night since I just finished rebadging it to GT 86
