You and me both brother. She sent me over some rough stuff and I'm going through em to find my likes. She came by the showroom yesterday and popped a few more for me because some parts came in the day of the shoot. It was kinda weird having my car in the showroom but fun none the less.

Will the Impreza rear brake caliper also fit the BRZ without any modify?
Thanks.

1. Nope. I didn't really notice any difference. Prolly not worth the money. I am that sucker that will fall for OEM claims of increased rigidity and handling through X part.

2. I picked up the calipers from subarugenuineparts.com. I've bought stuff from them for years and years. I've only had one issue with them, ever and they made right by it quickly and painlessly.
I got the Hawk Pads/DBA Rotors from tirerack.com. Yes, once I had put all of the different spacers, shims, clips, pins, pads, rotors, lines etc it was a bolt-off to bolt-on affair.
I can't remember where I got the Stoptech Lines from? Maybe Ebay?

I won't really reccomend this brake set-up for most people as it is more of a lateral mod. The only real "upgrade" was the pads/rotors/lines as is evidenced by TRD now offering them as an upgrade in the JDM. Our calipers are just as capable as these 4 pots and are only heavier by a few pounds.

They are more of a "bling" mod than all out performance mod. Your performance money would be better served with the AP, Brembo, Wilwood, etc kits out there.

I'm just not really a fan of BBK's and the associated costs of pad, hat, rotor, etc replacements. Nor do I need the all-out performance that a BBK offers. My car is my daily and is built as such. I wanted some better stopping performance and am a big fan of any and all OEM parts that will simply bolt-up to the BRZ.

You would be able to get the same "performance" brake upgrade with the same recipe of pads, rotors and lines. The calipers just added that OEM bling that I was looking for without the costs and headaches of the STi Brembos or other available BBK's.

Granted I would love to have the TRD 6-pot kit but I feel like the first time that I really stepped on the pedal, I would lose the skin off my face or I might actually stop time. Those brakes make me swoon but I just don't have the need for em.

To my knowledge - no. The BRZ rear brakes are the same as the Legacy and would require work to fit any Impreza style brake parts.

I can't really tell, maybe I'm just really tired from work, but are your sideskirts installed at an angle?

Nope. It might be the sheet metal that's throwing you off:

I know, me to. Anna is working on them now. We were both really slacking after we snapped all the pics. I think we're maybe a week or so out from some new ones.

The weather is garbage here right now and she needs a bath-BAD. If I get her cleaned up and we get some sun I'll pop some.
