So I took apart everything with the intention of just gutting the primary cat so I can drive the car again... It all just fell out in pieces. The turbine was stuffed with this sound deadening type material.

So now I am back in action with a gutted stock manifold.

On the same tune my car is making less power and torque with the cat gutted. I am missing about 10-20 ft lbs through out the rev range.

Depends on the purpose of your data logs. EcuTek defaults to most of the important ones. I know @jamesm had me always add MAF Voltage and then disable most of the unimportant ones to increase the hz it can datalog at.

i always try to minimize the logs to what i need... both to speed them up and to make it easier to read later. particularly when calibrating fuel injectors or something like that, just getting only the ones you need can cut down the amount of time spent driving around by 1/2 or more.

Actually it was a cat lodged inside my turbine housing!

The header being gutted didn't cause the loss in spool and power.

After dislodging the debris from the housing power was restored and then some ... Causing my stock clutch to slip on WOT pulls. /sigh

Glad to hear you're back in business. Definitely get an aftermarket clutch in there. On 93 octane running 6psi spring pressure, we've managed to slip a stock clutch with only 800+ miles during a dyno tuning session.
