I have the privilege of having this installed on my car. In this iteration everything is beefed up almost 100percent. The controller is bigger, the wires are bigger and most of all the electric motor is bigger. This new controller is capable of handling nearly 6000 watts. It is serious stuff. I have all my original mods(aux and 1.5 conversion) installed as well as the new compressor/motor combo and new controller. In addition to this he has also been playing with a new ramp rate when WOT has been engaged...this ramp up is logarithmic instead if exponential.... It makes a dramatic difference in how quick the 300 spools....something that was a detriment in the last iteration of the 300. Boost response is sharp and immediate....just the way it should be. In closing here is a boost log of a pull starting at about 4500rpm....the results dramatic.....the tune can hardly keep up and my afrs are rich as all hell but it is still substantially faster....I....LOVE.... IT!!! |

I see, my bro science/economics guess is that since it is ~1.7k or the TQ250, the TQ300 would be more than that with the upgraded hardware and R&D, most likely around the 2k mark.

any problems so far with lower engagement ~2500rpm for the tq300? If you are maxing out the sensor at 4300rpm wouldn't that mean the ecu is blind at lower revs where the boost should be even higher?
I feel bad for Shiv. Now we are gonna have to upgrade the map sensor and have him write all new tunes.
