My batteries are on order and hopefully I'll receive the kit early next week. I need to give some thought to the method I'm going to use for ECU tuning. I'd like to start with Toma's BRZEdit tune and maybe go ECUTEK from there.

I'd like to know how you get on with this secret society

I'm not too far from you - I'd love to have a peek once you get it up and running!

Congrats! Also, inquire with Rob about the ecuteck tune results, he has seen my results.

Bob and Bill @ Drift Office, thank you again!

So, you're telling me for around sixteen hundred bucks I can get plus-forty-ish WHP and plus fifty-ish WTq?

Crazy. Need to pay down the toy credit card so I can fill it back up again!

Does anyone testing the ESC have headers? I want to see what kind of gains it gets with those.

No one has one yet, I know a couple of us want to try it though. There will be 5 running it after Gary in nj gets his. Butang, thatruth, pug, Gary and myself all are testing it now.

If @FA20club wanted to send one of their equal lengths up to Calgary we would dyno it in a heartbeat

Sorry not to much just testing this thing day after day. So far I have about 8000 km on the system.

We are waiting for Toma to have some free time to tune the experimental compressor and see how it does.

I've just lost intrest.. I get the whole testing, but this turned into another innovative thread..

Hey look what we have.. You can buy it next year.. 3 months, 82 pages and still no date on if and when this will be available.. And only a well we want to make sure it is reliable, and want to make sure it all works.. 8000 km sounds like a great start.. Just don't see why a thread was made to say hey look what we have.. Should've just waited till all the testing was done..

The only good point I see beside the testing, is at least y'all have been keeping up to date.. Otherwise I'd say it keeps having problems and that's why it's not realized yet.. Still waiting and waiting

But the money I did have that could've went to this, have gone to suspension..

Fenton started the thread and he's not the one selling them. He's just sharing something that he (and now others) are testing. I personally think its interesting even if I can't run out and buy one.

If you don't enjoy following progress and development, don't. If you think products instantly come to market, you obviously haven't ever developed a product. I for one am glad they are keeping us up to date and somewhat part of whats going on.
There is no problem with buying something else instead of a product that has never had a set release date, thats fine. Just don't whine about it.

You guys are sooo right, just when people post it's quiet around here on a thread that had tons of interest.. Well that's the reason.. I'm not whining, I want the product.. I use to be in the product development of multiple parts that enthusiast use every day int their car.. You didn't see any of the companies put out what they was testing, for the simple fact of the "open source ESC" thread that's out.. By the time this is out, it could be beat to the market, run better, cheaper and this guy is out.. I enjoyed all the pages I've read every one of them.. But start selling these things.. That's why it's so quiet in here
