LOL le-mas style. I think the innovate kit is one of the easier to install as there is no drilling the bumper, shaving things or relocating the washer fluid.

Come on guys...there has to be some kind of update after the weekend.

Since we can't have it (yet), we require updates. Let's keep hope alive!

I dont think anyone here in Canada has one otherwise I would be willing to compare.

i know @Toma dyno'd a vortech and it put down 230hp at >7250 RPM while we put down 211 on our best pull.

@Toma did that guy ever come back for a retune by you?

Great! Well if there was any doubt that we aren't making any boost I just misproved that yesterday. I had a custom pcv check valve installed when we first fitted the supercharger and I blew it off yesterday doing a pull on the highway LOL

Scared me a little bit because the car was whistling and died when I clutched in..... As soon as I stopped I saw that I blew the hose off and after reconnected everything was fine.

Probably stop by Rob's shop today to fasten down with a hose clamp thing.

Quick question. And maybe Rob is the only one that can answer this. I have a Nameless header back exhaust and K&N drop on I want to install. I was thinking of getting a Unichip but I don't want to buy anything that I can't use with the Phantom Charger. What will be the basis of the tune that will be available with the eCharger?

Nothing has been setup with Uni chip as far as I know, Fenton and I are both currently tuned on BRZ edit, If you are really interested in this setup my suggestion would be to wait, cause you can drive it with the stock tune safely and you can figure out a tuning solution after the fact but i'm sure Rob will either provide some sort of base map or recommendation down the line.
That will probably be determined near release of the product.

While there hasn't been as much updates he's constantly working on this.

P.S. I ran on my SRT headerback with the stock tune for a few weeks before Toma tuned my car. The airfilter has no noticeable affect on anything as far as the stats and dyno tests Rob and Toma have done.

Ya don't buy uni chip yet. Exhaust and intake filter is fine. If the filter is designed to work on the stock tune you will be fine using it with the charger.

Only exhaust component that will need a retune is a header.... That will he needed to get the most out of it.

I hope someone tunes the ESC with a unichip. It would make it so much cheaper for all of us who already have unichips to just download a new map.

Hopefully by the release date there will be solutions for both brz edit and ecutek. I have driven this car for a month using the Perrin NA tune and could not be happier. The current check engine light code is tied to a high barometric and manifold sensor readings.

Fenton and Bu-Tang, prior to your tunes would the ecu reset the check engine light out of curiosity?

Also, I have been grilling Rob on multiple topics.... Duel ESC intake design to finding an alternative location in the engine bay to install the controller for cooler air. Personally, I think it would be worth wild to determine how many pre orders are out there so Rob can gauge immediate demand as all units are hand crafted by him.

I think the release date is very close and Rob's supply chain will be in order to meet demand.

yup CEL did eventually turn off on its own, however I had tendencies to punch a bit under 3K at times so I triggered it alot lol

Eager to see your Drift Office results!

Rob last time had a few ideas to mount the control box out of the engine bay, but my setup only has a tiny heatsink and I have yet to trigger temp fail safes here in Calgary and we've had some decently hot weather lately as well. Time will tell for the testers in hotter climates.
