Considering that many of us are excited about this kit because it is easy to return to stock for dealer visits, if you test with a header and/or exhaust, please be sure to keep two functioning cats in the system.

That is VERY cool! Well done!!

Well... there's the guys here with the FRS/BRZ's... and there's Rob's original installations on some VW's... and I think there's a big one on his truck. Then there's at least 1 Mazda3 out there running one, and obviously the one on my Sunfire. So they're on a variety of cars right now. I'm sure Rob will chime in with more.

As for an actual kit being available to buy... again... Rob will hopefully have ETA's on that. By all accounts, as soon as he actually makes it available, he's going to be flooded with orders.

My exhaust eliminates the rear cat already, I've talked to my 2 friends that are techs in Toyota, the dealer still have to prove that not having the cat was cause of problem that caused them to void the warranty, and only removing the cat in the header would really raise a flag and that one would affect sensor readings, the rear cat would not affect the readings at all.

I think he was referencing the header specifically which could void the warranty and would cause you to fail SMOG tests in the states.

For all intensive purposes the performance to catted un catted is going to be about the same. Even if we post dyno results with a catless system you can get a idea of performance should you chose to get a Electric supercharger.

We are on the dyno jet now but the dyno shop we tried is having trouble to get the actual dyno working!

I don't have the anti drag on the system I am running currently.... I got a new system last week with the double recharger and it doesn't have the drag resistance.

Honestly I don't even notice the removal of the Dr on the system I'm running currently.

I hope they get the dyno working soon!

No go on the dyno today. They have to send the computer in for repair... They are going to get us back in within a week and we are first in line.

Oh. Before, you had noticed a nice improvement in throttle response.
I wonder if the improvement is still there because you're tuned now?

At first it was quite controversial but now the biggest complaint is waiting for it to be ready for prime time.

I know, it's kinda funny. All those who are jumping up and down for this system, be glad the guys developing it are taking their time and making sure it's *truly* ready for prime time. Patience grashoppa...

Yes this is true however once i started driving my car "Normal" the effects of the DR were less apparent. The problem is when you drive the car you either want to GO or just drive normal....for example when my wife is in the car. So when im putting around town the DR doesn't effect as much as you would think.

The DR mainly kicks in above 4000 rpm but i am honestly rarely there when driving around town at part throttle.

I was also testing some new stuff so that's why i didnt have it but now im back to the system that everyone else has

All in all I am extremely happy with this system and the fact that a BRZ or FRS can get an extra 80tq in the dip and 40hp up top with 1500bucks.....that is just amazing

The main reason is that everyone that has seen the dyno's sees there is real potential for a modest 1500 bucks approx.

Lots of people are spending 1000 on exhaust alone to get a minuscule 5 to 10 hp .

This car went from being fun in the corners to being fun EVERYWHERE with the Electric supercharger
