What tools are you guys using?
Currently using the Harbor Freight DA orbital polisher. For 55 bucks, it's awesome tool. I think I'm going to swap to a smaller back plate for those cramped places.
With Cyber moday sales, picked up the new GG Boss G15 polisher. I think I'm hooked on detailing. Going to do my family's cars and hopefully a friends beast of a Cobra.

I have had the Porter Cable 7424XP from around the time it came out, its been an excellent tool, plus you can change the backing plate on the fly for smaller pads. I like that feature for tight spaces. Report back on how you like the Griot's tool, it seems like they are going after that Rupes market with the new boss tools.

Used the machine that will "leave swirls all over your car" the other day.
Unfortunately. . . I could not produce any swirls.
