Hello from San Jose

Hello All, My name is Chris and I have owned my Raven Fr-s since December 2014. I absolutely love the car and have plans to spend some mod money pretty soon. I would like to meet and greet with some fellow owners but I can rarely get out to events because I work weekends. I actually had the pleasure of meeting someone today who attends many norcal brz-frs event's but unfortunately I foorgot his name (doh!). Anyway just wanted to say hi and hopefully I can meet some fellow drivers soon!

We have plenty of meets during the week as well.

Check out 86drive.com/events for a full calendar to see what you might be able to make.

And if you can get a Saturday off check out the Norcal86 Summer Kickoff on June 6. Its our biggest meet of the year with plenty of food and raffle prizes

Majestic One, Thank you! Maybe I could hear that exhaust if we run into each other at some point. I'm very interested in the works setup.

Yeah man of course. I may be doing a 9 to 35 to La Honda to Pescadero Rd to Hwy 1 run this weekend. We usually take La Honda to 35 to 9 back and dip right back into downtown Saratoga.

That is a great route! When I was rolling with my Dodge Challenger club a few years ago, we hit up all the great bay area back roads. Long gone is the Challenger since 2012 and since then I have not been able to tear up any windy roads until now since I have a fun car again! But then again my work often keep's me more busy than I would like it to and that cuts majorly into fun car stuff. Once I'm able to meet a few driver's I'd like to organize a Sunday drive (when I can also get a Sunday off lol).

We run a ton of drives for a Summer Drive series from May/June through August/September or so. When you have a free weekend just post a suggested route in the Drive thread stickied at the top. Most are on Saturdays but we try to get some Sunday ones in to accomodate more people who can't make Saturdays really (I'm one of them during baseball season. lol).

We have a meet tonight in north San Jose. Doesn't mean that we don't have meets in south San Jose either.
