disabling TPMS?

Is t possible to disable the TPMS sensor light completely? I don't particularly care for it working or otherwise, and it wold make m life easier next week when I have tires installed on my new wheels. ]]Can i turn it off with something like an open flash tuner or ECUtek?

Transfer seems more complex, or just haven't found right solution. Just traded out wheels and tires (2nd set) with new TPMS. Firestone could not get tPMS to program, and concluded that suburu dealer must do programming which I find difficult to believe. Is this accurate from experience?

Tpms are really easy to swap and can be done without tire removal. Dealer needs to program, takes a few min.

If you already have two sets of sensors, you just need one of these:

[ame="http://www.amazon.com/ATEQ-QuickSet-TPMS-Reset-Tool/dp/B008SCWXN4/ref=sr_1_1?s=automotive&ie=UTF8&qid=1423324780&sr= 1-1&keywords=ateq+quickset"]ATEQ Quickset[/ame]

It will read the sensor codes that come on the stock wheels, and then you need to program the sensor codes form the second set of wheels (Firestone should be able to give you these codes, they have a tool that can read them). When you swap wheels, you just plug in the Quickset and tell your car what set of sensors to read.

There was entirely too much lead-up in that post before I realized what it was actually for.
