You can try Werkshop or Elite Performance. They're both really good shops.

The Racers Line in Concord. Highly recommended. Where else can you hang out in the shop while the owner works on your car, and then walk across the parking lot and get a beer afterwards? Neal knows the 86 platform inside and out. https://www.facebook.com/TheRacersLine/

Epidemic Ales is right across the parking lot. Tip: Schedule your appointment when it's open.

Second on this. Neal is a badass. He is currently working with me on my car project as well. Really good communication and great prices. If Concord is too far there is also TD Garage in Berkeley. Kia there is suuuuuper nice and knowledgeable. Specializes in Subaru's in general but knows the 86 platform really really well. Was my go too guy back when he was located in Walnut Creek.
