Favorite Car Besides Your Twin

So what's everyone's favorite car, that you've owned, besides your twin? And why? What's it's story? And as always... Pics! Car porn is excellent.

Since I just made it so I have to stick with cars instead of bikes, hands down it was my '88 supercharged MR2

They came out in 1985 (model year anyway), and I remember when they first came out, I was 8-ish, going to a Toyota dealer with my grandpa (not sure why we were there, but it wasn't the MR2).

I wasn't allowed to touch anything, I hung out on the showroom floor while he did some other thing, I don't know. There were cars in the showroom, but in the middle, there was a car with a cover over it. Lifted the cover to peek in to see what it was, and what I saw was, in red, the intake grill on the side for the mid mount engine. Immediately fell in love, hard. 15 years later, I had the opportunity to buy one. It was such a thrill, dream come true.

Mine looked just like this, except better wheels!!

Oh, and the Fr-s reminds me of the MR2 in some ways. Probably why I love it so much.

What's your car?

My wife's Camaro RS. It is a great looking car and sounds as good as any car I have heard. I strapped on Gibson mufflers and an intake and the sound is perfect. She even admitted last night that she recently went under an overpass with the windows down and punched it to hear the car LOL. I'm very proud of her. The car has leather interior, an incredible BA sound system and it's in awesome shape.

the pic is from the day she bought it

My truck. I haled so much in it including ass when I jammed the turbo engine in it. I probably spent more time in and had more fun with the little thing than any vehicle I've had and I have had a lot. Every time I see one I miss it.

Build is over here.

Quit trying to out think the engineers and just drive the car.

I wanted to drive both the Camaro and the Challenger. Not at all used to muscle cars, but they're beautiful, sound incredible, and supposedly damn fast.

Test drove both of them. Man was that fun! I'm definitely more in love with that Challenger, but the Camaro is awesome too. They're not my style of driving I suppose, but they sure get fast, quickly!

I've never even heard of a Ford XB coupe, that thing is incredible! What year is it? What size motor? Looks like it could be a beast!

Damn my friend in highschool had a 300zx (not TT).

Was a fucking turd. Barely ran. Burned all the oil. T top leaked he couldnt even wash it lol. My best memory is we were taking a off ramp in the rain and it drove straight off into a a ditch lmao... Thing was a tank though, besides the crooked steering it drove off no problem.

Oh this is a tough question. I had so many cars and some rocked my world for one purpose and totally sucked at others.

Favorite summer cruiser. Did 0 to 60 in about 20 minutes though.

Favorite straight line go fast. Needed a football field to turn and pretty sure the cops had a tracker on me.

Favorite commuter. Not practical when still had kids.

If it's cars that I've had, my 2.5RS. I was really really lucky and scored a Gravelsport intake for it, which was a CAI that fed directly from the normally non-functional hood scoop. There were only about 10 made, and I got number 3. I didn't go all out crazy like some people did with the JDM STi v5 drivetrain swaps, but it was still loads of fun. This one isn't mine, but it's the same color, body style, and wheels.
