OEM flash options

After quite a bit of reading I'm still left with some un-answered questions.

My long-term plan is to have the car fully tuned (gas for STX/ E85 for TTD) but I'd like to run in C-stock for autox this year so even a stage 1 tune is out of the question for right now.

Unfortunately, I have an earlier car which looks like it could(will?) suffer from the DI seal issue. I’ll also be taking my car to the track this year and don’t want to run into this problem there or autox, or on the street for that matter.

So my questions are;
-If I take it to the dealer will they flash the updated OEM ROM? I've read mixed results on this but most seem to be older threads.
-Assuming no warranty, roughly how much will they charge?
-Besides tuning is there another option to flash the updated OEM ROM?
-Are there any other known options? Race gas? Cross my fingers?

Thanks all

What calid is your current rom ??

cheapest option is Taxtrix/Ecuflash $170 USA but will require some reading research and knoledge.

see Tactrix/Ecuflash thread below it would allow you to flash updated stock/tuned roms yourself.

Easiest option requiring little knolegde or reading would be to buy an OpenFlash tablet. Their tunes are based on leatest compatable roms for your car, comes with free tunes for sotck cars cars ither headers and petrol91/93 and E85 options $500USD

If your usa/canada any car prior to my15 should be updated to B01C man or B01D auto the MY15's are D00C D00G

Series went something like

700C
900C
A00C
A01C
B00C
B01C

anything prior to A01C i think had the transient ignition retard disable hence higher probability of DI seal fail. B00C B01C were idle fix's
