End link jarring/clunk (front)

So I installed BC coilovers and with the endlinks supplied I noticed they were tapping the LCA, now that I have shortened them ( about as short as they go) I seem to have a jarring/clunk noise at slow speed over bumps, freeway seems to ride fine. I'm guessing it's the endlinks cause the noise sounds low and not like the typical loose strut nut clunk and I checked it.

Is there a recommended length for endlinks? (Lowered about 2")

Damper set to a 1 full rotation from softest.

Thanks!

Ill bring this back from the dead. Not a coilover install here but Eibach prokit springs and Bilestein strut install. I've got a clunk from the front but mainly its the loudest when I'm turning and off camber (entering a parking lot, turning over a speed bump).

I've taken my front wheel off, loosened up the strut from the caliper assembly and raised and lowered everything with the wheel turned and straight. I pulled everything as hard as I could but could not replicate a clunk anywhere. No visable signs of rubbing or wear. Anyone have any ideas?

Have you double checked that the nut that secures the shock to the top mount is not loose?

I just installed my BC coilovers. I dropped the car about 1 inch and noticed how close the LCA were from the swaybar end links. I drove it and made sure it didn't clunk. Nothing was wrong but for peace of mind I installed the adjustable ones. I shortened them enough so that theres no chance they would hit the LCA. I shortened the other side as well, dropped the car and made sure there was no pre load on the sway bar. It's been almost a week now and I haven't had any problems.
