New Orleans ride and drive?
My dealer says he'll be able to give me more info on my ordered BRZ after his rep goes to the New Orleans Subaru Ride and Drive.
Anyone else heard anything about this - like when or if it is actually happening? |

I just texted my friend who owns Baldwin Subaru. I'll post up the response once I hear from him.
I know its at NOLA Motorsports Park 5/21-22/12, but will hopefully get more info http://www.nolamotor.com/calendar/ |

I got an e-mail from my dealer as well about this event. Does this mean we won't be getting our cars until June?

My dealer talked about this too. Said hes the one going down. Also he said that is when he will be test driving the BRZ. I'd expect the car to be released to us a short time after. I guess they want all the dealerships to have at least one person to become more specialized with the new BRZ.

I just got an Email from Bob at Manchester Subaru in N.H. stating the Gary Smith, the BRZ sales rep is spending this week in New Orleans getting info and test-driving the BRZ. I understand the Subaru of New England dealership cars are due at port the last week of May, and delivery to dealerships should start in early June.
