HID fog lights

For those of you that run the oem fog light assembly, what HID bulbs are you running for your fog lights?

Just want to see what options are out there. I prefer not to mod any opening to fit unusual sizes.

Idk about oem. But if it's the same as mine. I just use the h11 bulb and just got a hid kit and mounted the balist

Where did you mount the ballast, out of curiosity? In the bumper housing, or was it long enough to get into the engine bay?

How do the HID's perform, given there is no projector in the housings whatsoever?

I mounted mine in the engine bay. There's plenty of clearance and slack for it to get there.. Hids perform great. They do a great job as fogs. The bezel does a good job of guiding the light.
