I would buy the hyluxtek from diode dynamics. The ballasts have much better qc and a lifetime warranty that you most likely will never have to use. I used to run ddm on my motorcycles because they were cheap but it's hit or miss.

I wouldn't buy an HID kit to slap into your halogen projectors. Retrofit in some real HID projectors (bixenon if you want more brownie points).

I know everybody is saying don't go cheap. But I went with:
