Side mirrors defrost/heater?
Does the FRS have the side mirror heater (defroster) or no?

Yes, Canadian FR-S's do. When you turn on the rear windshield defroster, it turns on the mirrors as well. Most cars have a little side-view mirror logo next to the rear defroster on the button, but they didn't bother putting on the side-view mirror logo just for the Canadian FR-S's.
