Hid drl vs lef drl
So @Diode Dynamics sells both hid and led drl. I was wondering what the difference in it is. Obviously it's a whole different lighting type but i was wondering if it's just aesthetic looks at the end. Wondering if i can get away with 8kk hid drl in california. =3

Honestly with the hid i got from diode dynamics, all the high beams are, are high beams lol. Really made no difference in fog. Made everything yellow, now with my hids, everythings white!!! High beams feel useless unless you're driving in a small cave tunnel lol.

With that being said, the Stage 3 LED's are rated at 80 watts, and will provide you with some usable light output while looking awesome. Feel free to PM me if you need more information Thanks! Nick C.

Illuminates surrounding area. Before i switched to hids my oem lights didn't feel like much =/ Sometimes i had to use them in heavy fog because it felt like it made a difference (placebo)

This is because there was crazy fog last night huh! But in all seriousness, highbeams seem to make it harder to see in thick fog to me. Foglights are what you should use in fog.

High beams aim up reflecting off the fogging reducing your overal field of view. That's why they make fog lights. Foglights and low beams are all you need. Plus out high beams with HIDs will just blind every1 on the road. No cut off and aimed high..
