HKS Kansai released new chassis parts

Just FYI HKS Kansai and HKS are not 100% the same, still under the same company but Kansai makes parts that HKS doesn't. Kinda like how HKS USA was before they closed. You can get HKS Kansai parts at most authorized HKS dealers

HKS Kansai Service is GOOD stuff! We just had an HKS Kansai Service exhaust for the Nissan GTR that was sitting on the desk next to mine waiting to be picked up. Awesome quality.

I need to contact HKS about getting me pricing on these items...

It should reduce flex under hard cornering, you scaly man-fish.

my guess, helps distribute energy that the chassis experiences at those sub-frame mounting points by adding a path from 1 collar to the other.

Considering that all suspension components deal with some sort of flex, including the subframe, but i dont know if any vehicle today truely suffers from any negative feedback from those spots, that it really is a big improvement over stock. I just don't see any real hard data on it...but the theory sounds pretty legit.

On my RX-7 sub-frame collar bars are awesome and were noticeable only during HPDE.

The subframe already provides a fairly direct load path. You'd get much better results from replacing the subframe bushings with Delrin or PU. Frankly I just don't see that brace as being terribly effective.

Agreed. The subframe is fairly rigid between the two mounts where the "brace" is located.

Can someone please explain the purpose of this to me? If possible, please explain the rear one too, the one that goes over the trunkmat

I always figured I wouldn't want to attach the two strut towers like that? Isn't the stock setup the proper way to do it?
