SGV fr-s owners. Where do you get gas from??

What gas do you guys get?? People who live in the san gabriel valley. There a ton of fr-s down here, if you know where to look. Just wondering where you guys get gas? When i drove my 97 Avalon i would get chevron all the time. Best mpg, stay consistent with that gas all the years i had the car. Now that i have an fr-s the chirping is ridiculous with chevron 91. It seems to be a bit softer with shell. Where do you guys get gas at (those who live in sgv, rosemead, alhambra, san gabriel ect.)

Do you guys notice the chirping THAT much? I notice it if in at a stop and I have to listen for it, but otherwise just from normal driving I don't notice a thing.

I also use Costco gas. Saves me a ton of money. As for chirping... I don't know about everyone, but all the 86 owners I have seen and driven with/ridden with, their chirping isn't usually noticeable except at a full stop.

The only way I could fathom that people are noticing it while driving is if they have their radios completely off and all the windows rolled up and no ambient noise from outside traffic. Maybe something like lonely dirt roads in the countryside at night. :-/

I use Costco, Shell or Chevron. Mostly I use the Shell near the 10 freeway in San Gabriel Blvd. My brz chirps but I don't even notice it anymore.

For my car, I only use chevron, given that chevron is the cheapest in my area, besides arco

Well the chirping is mostly a idling sound. When i'm driving home late at night from the gym (2am) and i have all my windows down and i'm rolling down a long street i can hear it. I also hear it pulling into my garage. Plus, sometimes i like to hear my car when I'm driving it. Don't want to have my music blasting, did enough of that in high school and now i have tinnitus. How costco gas, i know it's cheap and i know all gas is basically the same. They all come from the same refinery, the difference is just the additives each company puts in it and prices it afterwards. Arco gas = cheaper not cause its crappier because it has less additives. I would assume the same for costco or sams club.

On an update Yesterday i got gas. Normally i get Chevron gas off the 10 on peck (3.79). I get 91 and i get obnoxiously loud chirping. Than on Wednesday i got gas in Pasadena at a shell station 91. It was like 20 cents more than it was where i normally get it Lol (3.99), but i was running on 2 gallons in my car. Literally wanted to get gas on an empty tank. Today while driving home from the gym, as i pulled into my garage, there was no chirping at all. Bit depressed because Chevron has always been my go to gas =(. I'll see what happens tomorrow.
