Finally decided on wheels need tire help

Lurked around on the forum a bit but looking for some advice on tire fitment. Currently looking at these esm-004.

I've seen these on a black brz and on a vw jetta and love them.
I know I want to go staggered by preference with 18x8 +35 and 18x9 +38.
I don't plan on autox or any tracking I just enjoy driving my car spiritedly.

What tires would you suggest and what sizes should I get?
Also car is on eibach pro-kit.

As for sizes:

Front: 225/40/18
Rear: 245/35/18

or, if thats is available in your country:

Front: 235/35/18
Rear: 255/35/18

I would go for the first setup. On the other hand, are you 100% sure you want to go for a staggered setup? I would otherwise suggest go for a 18x9 245/35/18 square setup. You can click the link in the signature if you want a taste how that looks, I'm on 18x8.75+35 with 245/35/18 on Eibach Prokit, so basically almost the same setup as a 18x9 square setup would look like

As for Tire brand, thats like engine oil, everyone prefers a different manufacturer. I used to have Dunlop Sport Maxx/ SP9000, however I learned that the Continental Sportcontact are more my taste after Dunlop changed their tire setup. So currently I can recommend the Continental tires.

Ty for the suggestion will definitely try to pick up the first set.
I've seen these staggered in person and really like the look vs squared. I'd prefer to have less fitment issues.
