gap between front bumper and hood

hey guys for some reason when i put my bumper on i have a gap between the hood and the bumper im not sure whats causing the problem because the bumper is fully on and all bolted up does anyone know what it could be

you are missing the metal piece with the rubber seal. Hold on a second, I'll go take a pic

Looks normal to me, you're just missing the rubber seal that's all.

By the way....noticed your headlamps have gone cloudy pretty quick....

Sorry to resurrect an old thread: my rubber seal has gone wonky so I'm replacing it. I found the seal itself (57735CA000) but cannot for the life of me identify the tiny grommets / clips that hold it in place, 13 in all.

I know it's NOT W140007 because that's a 2-piece plastic rivet that holds the metal bar underneath. Any ideas?

Just use the right tool to remove them. It looks like a flathead screwdriver but with a "V" cut out so you can pop them out. They are reusable. If you break a few no worries. Any auto parts store should have some that will do the trick.
