Best opticoat guys in San Diego

Hey guys, I just got my 2013 white pearl BRZ limited and wanted to let anyone in San Diego know about the awesome guys over at Elite Finish Detailing. If any of you guys in SoCal are looking to get your car Opti coated, look no further.

Wes and Jason (the owners) really know their stuff and only put out the best quality work. Like the saying goes you get what you pay for. Normally their exceptional service costs 750$. But I'm thinking, most these other guys charge ~400-500 for the opti coat service. Not only that, but my car is brand new and right off the truck, how much work could it possibly take? Well, fortunately they were very reasonable and were willing to work with me on the price. We agreed upon 500$ for the service and I discovered that even at that price they did not sacrifice any quality in their work. The car was washed and polished to ensure that it was the best it could possibly look before sealing the deal with the Opti coat. And personally, I like to eliminate risk where I can so I really liked the fact that they have a facility to work in so you won't have to worry about mother nature getting her grubby hands on the car while the car cures.

I prefer bullet points myself so the deciding factors for me were:
- They use Opticoat Pro NOT Opticoat 2.0
- Very knowledgeable about the application and science behind the product
- The owners do the work
- Indoor facility to eliminate risk factors
- Solid yelp reviews
- Passionate about the work they do

I'm sure after you speak with either Wes or Jason you will find that they really know their craft. If you want peace of mind and know that your car is in good hands, be sure to call them up.

I'll post up some pics when I get some better lighting. I hope this helps all the twins in SD.

-Charles

I'm thinking about going to them once my 2014 BRZ come in. Can I ask you how long does the whole process take?

For those considering opticoat, I couldn't recommend it enough. I did not go to a detailer but I used Opticoat 2.0 myself and did a full detail before the day after I received the car. It's been 9 months and the car still holds the same shine and beads water as if it were just waxed.

I dropped my car off at about 9:30 AM. Got the call around 2:30. So I would say about 4-5 hours.
