lowering springs and aftermarket strut shocks

does any one have lowing springs on aftermarket struts shocks?

Not really, springs + shocks is quite a bit different than springs + inserts. Especially considering the amount of labor/time difference involved.

That said I don't think there are any basic "remove and replace shocks" available so the only option at the moment seems to be OEM or koni inserts.

Functionally, the inserts work the same as if they made a complete strut, but installation wise they are very different.
