A clunck noise when shifting

I can't quite describe it. Its comming from the front of the car and only happens when I shift. I got an okay recording, but its faint. Listen around the 4-5 second mark, almost like a clunk. It just starting happening. It does not do it every shift. Plus I can only hear it with the radio off and windows down. I seem to hear it when I am shifting around 3-5K. If I really push and shift near redline, I can't hear it. It happens mostly from going from 2-3 and 3-4. Below is a link to file. Any guideance would be great. The car has 17,3xx and was bought on May 28 2012(very first batch of cars)
