Who plays minecraft? I have a vanilla server at www.thespanningtree.net
Feel free to stop in, and maybe we can start a FT86club world.

I've been playing on and off for a little over two years now. I love all of the cool things people are doing with redstone, but I'm not crazy for the new enchantent stuff. I'll check out you server when I get back from holiday travels. Can anybody log in, or do you go off a whitelist?
PC only. That's what was out when I started. And doesn't the Xbox version cap world size? I love that I can start walking in a direction and, short of teleporting, I'm not going to run out of map. Last edited by Mitch; 08-07-2013 at 10:54 AM. |

I have been fooling around with the Ipad version this last month. I haven't played the PC version but I am enjoying it on ipad. I gather its far less sophisticated tho. Anyone else play on an iOS device?

I have both PC and Xbox. Four main differences: 1) Xbox caps worlds size, 2) can't turn cheats on/off after world creation as far as I can tell (which I normally wouldn't do if not for #3...), 3) No villager breeding/expansion, meaning if the villagers die, that's it, an no golem generation to protect large numbers of villagers. ... I really like the villager part. I like popping up towns around the world in different biomes and linking them via rail (the metro), 4) No mods like in the PC. Millenaire is my favorite PC mod.
