Highly recommend AutoProFilms in Belmont. Not sure how their prices are compared with other tint shops, but when I got my BRZ tinted and clear bra'd I had the best experience. Top notch work, and top notch customer service. Even gave me a ride back to work!

There's a guy in Oakland that does it for EVERYONE in town, and at his house. He just works at an audio/tint shop, and steals material and brings it home.. Been trying to find him.. And still looking. It's like $120 I think for 5 windows. $90 for 3? Something like that. You just don't get warranties, or anything like that. But I have a bunch of friends who've gone to him throughout the years, and their tint still looks great. I believe he uses 3m too.

Vince over Omega Tintwerks in Pleasanton does a great job. I had mine done by him last month. You have to book a month in advance though.

I did it at a body shop in SF on Franklin st. I don't remember the name of it but I got it done for 150. It's paint not film.
Got the back lamps tinted. The reverse part . And painted my side markers in front white . All for 150
