Recommended Lacquer Thinner to Remove Tint on Fogs?

Anybody have experience with using lacquer thinner to remove paint from fog lights?

I painted my fog lights yellow but I want to revert back to clear. Is there any specific brand of lacquer thinner that would remove the paint without ruining the glass housing itself? I used Duplicolor Metalcast yellow for the painting, I believe it's an enamel paint.

goof off @ Home Depot is what I use to remove VHT tint tail light and I think this is what people recommend. Use the spray and paint will come out easily. I bought the one in the bigger can and thought it was the spray. Came home and I just needed to use some shop tower to clean, just like you clean your nails.

Quick polish will bring back the gloss shinny look (I used nothing).
