Hey I would like it if someone can share to imput on the ATI vPod, and I would also like to know if it completely restricts airflow coming from the vent or if air still passes through.

Air still passes. Works pretty well. Expensive for what it is, but it works.

Yeah, it'd be nearly 100$ for me because I have to get the 60 to 52mm converter cause i want to mount a aem failsafe gauge in it, does it hold it well or does it wobble in the vent?

I needed no adapter for my failsafe... fits nice and snug in the vent and around the gauge. No tape needed.

With Defi 60mm gauges, I had some wobble that worsened as it heated up in the Southern California summer. I used some tape to keep it secure.

Installs easily, lets air pass, and looks oem.
