TRD Springs, worth?

I'm looking into getting the TRD springs, mainly because I want to go up to an inch lower while maintaining the handling and ride quality. Some people told me they're the same as the Eibach springs, but more expensive? Or did I understand incorrectly?

Any recommendations around the 200$ range for springs that will drop a bit while maintaining handling and such?

I'm also open to buying any TRD springs people have for sale lol

I'm on TRD springs. They ride well and lower the car about an inch. They are eibach springs IMO. If you look around they can be had for less than the Pro-Kit.

I drove a yellow Trd edition FRS 2 weeks ago. I asked the dealer/salesman, "can I gun it." He said yes. I then proceeded to redline it to 3rd or 4th. Then, he kept on telling me at every stop, that I could open it up; so I did. One intersection there was a cop making a right into my lane up ahead. Scared the crp outta me (I haven't got a ticket in 10+ years *knock on wood*) and I'm sure he saw me in the bright yellow FRS redlining 3rd. It was probably the best "test drive" I've ever done that lasted a good +20mins (test drives are usually only just around the block). It was so long, I was lost and didn't know where I was - I was just driving aimlessly lol. Just a fyi that you might find extremely important and life dependent information. It had Trd spring though haha.

It was my 2nd time driving the 86. The first was last year in spring (a crppy quick round the block testdrive). But after finally "opening it up," Now I see what the fuss is about on it being super slow. Definitely has handles and a crisp feeling chassis and steering; but zero balls.
